Changes have been made to the Management Board and the Supervisory Board at Euroins Ukraine

Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company announces important personnel decisions regarding changes to the company’s Management Board and Supervisory Board, which took place on 30 July 2026.

Changes to the composition of the Management Board

• Myroslav Boichyn, an expert with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance sector, has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Euroins Ukraine.

Miroslav Boichyn is thoroughly familiar with the company’s operations, having chaired its Supervisory Board from 2021 to 2026. In addition, since 2006, Mr Boichyn has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Insurance Company ‘European Travel Insurance’ (ETI) and will continue to combine this leadership role with his new responsibilities.

• The position of First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of IC ‘Euroins Ukraine’ has been taken up by Andriy Yakovenko, who chaired the company’s Management Board from June 2024 to July 2026. Mr Yakovenko has been a member of the Management Board of Euroins Ukraine since 2019 and has over 25 years’ experience in the banking and insurance sectors

Changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board

Following a resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board has been updated.

• Yanko Nikolov has been elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company. Mr Nikolov has over 20 years’ international management experience in the finance and insurance sectors in Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Ukraine. He has been with Euroins Ukraine since 2017, where he has at various times chaired both the company’s Management Board and the Supervisory Board.
• The company’s Supervisory Board also includes Todorka Georgieva and Ivan Hristov – representatives of Euroins Ukraine’s shareholder, Euroins Insurance Group.
