Euroins has confirmed its position as one of the leaders in the auto insurance market, taking 7th place in terms of the number of MTPL policies sold. More than a quarter million customers continue to trust us for their liability insurance needs. This is not surprising because Euroins excels when it comes to customer service. In the latest quarterly activity rating of Svitlofor, Euroins received a green light from the MTIBU. Additionally, the company recently became a member of the National Association of Insurers of Ukraine - the largest association of key solvent insurers in Ukraine, which maintains the highest standards in the market. The company has launched a full cycle of online sales of the most popular products, including MTPL, CASCO, and travel insurance. Voluntary health insurance (VHI) is constantly evolving. Clients can choose from a range of individual programs and ready-made solutions, including COVID-19 coverage.

This year saw yet another change of ownership. The rights to the HDI insurance shares were transferred to one of the largest independent European insurance groups - Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), and the company's name was also changed to Euroins Ukraine. Since then, the expertise of the Euroins team has been strengthened thanks to EIG's many years of experience in the European market.

Our shareholder structure underwent a change, with us becoming part of Talanx International AG, a German holding company, under the renewed HDI Insurance brand. This change of ownership brought several benefits, including significant improvements in operational discipline and the implementation of modern European insurance practices.
