Euroins Ukraine has elected a new Supervisory Board

On April 30, the general meeting of shareholders of PJSC IC Euroins Ukraine was held. In particular, in accordance with the legislation the composition of the Supervisory Board of the company was renewed.

Miroslav Boychin has been re-elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IC "Euroins Ukraine". Miroslav Boychin holds the position of the Chairman of the Board of IC "European Travel Insurance", which is a part of the Euroins Insurance Group together with IC "Euroins Ukraine". For the last three years Miroslav Boychin was also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IC "Euroins Ukraine".

Ivan Hristov was re-elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of IC "Euroins Ukraine". Ivan Hristov is Chief Accountant, Financial Controller at Eurohold Bulgaria. Before re-election as a member of the Supervisory Board Ivan Hristov had already held this position in the Company for the last three years.

Todorka Stoyanova was elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board of IC "Euroins Ukraine". Todorka Stoyanova is the acting lawyer of Sofia Bar Association (Bulgaria).

Artemiy Yershov and Olena Mitronina have been elected as independent directors of IC "Euroins Ukraine". Artemiy Ershov has many years of experience in the financial system and banking sphere. From October 2023 till 30 April this year he was an independent director of IC "Euroins Ukraine".

Olena Mitronina has been working in the insurance market of Ukraine for more than 20 years and has experience in managing an insurance company. Today she represents the company Eva Solutions LLC, which develops software for insurance market participants.
