Private Joint-Stock Company "Insurance Company "Euroins Ukraine" informs about the results of the competition for the selection of audit entities, which are intended to provide services for the mandatory audit of the financial statements of an insurance company in accordance with international auditing standards for 2026-2028.

According to the results of the Competition for the selection of audit entities, which are intended to provide services for the statutory audit of the financial statements of an insurance company, compiled in accordance with international auditing standards for 2026-2028, by the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 27, 2026, the Limited Liability Company Forvis Mazar Audit (individual legal entity number 38516608) was appointed as the audit entity (independent external auditor) for the Private Joint-Stock Company "Insurance Company "Euroins Ukraine", which is included in the Register of Auditors and Audit Entities under number 4555 for the provision of services for the statutory audit of the annual financial statements (consolidated financial statements) of the Company for 2026-2028 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, International Auditing Standards, requirements NBU and NSSMC.
