Results of the auditor competition

To the participants of the competition for the provision of audit services

The General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC IC Euroins Ukraine dated 11.10.2023 (Minutes No. 58 dated 11.10.2023) elected an audit firm to ensure the proper provision of services for the audit of the financial statements of PrJSC "IC "Euroins Ukraine".

Based on the results of the tender, the participant with the most favorable offer was selected, whose documents fully comply with the Company's requirements.

The General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Minutes No. 58 dated 11.10.2023) decided to appoint the following company as the auditing entity to provide services for the statutory audit of the Company's financial statements for 2023-2025: PRIVATE ENTERPRISE "Audit-Optim".
