Results of the tender (selection of the audit firm)

Private Joint Stock Company "Insurance Company "Euroins Ukraine" informs that at the meeting of the Supervisory Board dated 07.07.2023, recommendations for the selection of one audit entity were approved, which will provide services for the statutory audit of financial statements for a period of 3 years.

Based on the results of the tender, the tenderer with the most favorable offer, whose documents fully meet the Company's requirements, was recommended.

The selection of the audit entity to provide services for the statutory audit of the Company's financial statements for 2023-2025 will be held at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The date and time will be announced additionally.
