Synergy between service and technology in medical insurance: Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company and Ensuria are changing the format of their collaboration
19.08.2026
Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company and Ensuria are transitioning to a new format of cooperation in the field of medical assistance. From 1 October 2026, the insurer will begin to serve customers under medical insurance policies independently, whilst Ensuria will act exclusively as a technology and medical partner. Preparations for these changes are already underway.
From now on, ‘Euroins Ukraine’ will have full control over the quality of customer service, interacting directly with policyholders. The insurer will take over the work of the contact centre (calls and chats), the processing of enquiries, the organisation of assistance, as well as the reimbursement of costs exceeding the established limits.
At the same time, ‘Euroins Ukraine’ will not have to build its infrastructure from scratch – the company will continue to use the Ensuria platform. For its part, the partner will focus on developing digital solutions (a mobile app), providing telemedicine services and expanding the medical network. Ensuria will also handle direct payments to healthcare providers and process claims within the established limits.
“We want to keep service delivery, the organisation of care and the customer experience in our own hands – this is our responsibility to the customer,” notes Myroslav Boichyn, Chairman of the Management Board of Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company. “At the same time, we rely on the reliable technologies and medical services of our partner, Ensuria.”
Andriy Kolomiets, Founder and CEO of Ensuria, adds that this approach allows each party to showcase its strengths: “This is synergy for the sake of a shared outcome. I am convinced that ‘Euroins Ukraine’ will continue to steadily grow its health insurance portfolio, and we will be delighted to remain a reliable partner in this endeavour.”
The transition to the new format will not cause any inconvenience to customers or partners. All existing contracts remain valid; there is no need to renew them. Euroins Ukraine Insurance Company remains a party to the contract, and the insurance cover, terms and conditions, and programmes remain unchanged. At present, all services are operating as usual, and by October all processes will be fully finalised.
