TRAVEL INSURANCE

In this section, we described the procedure for taking action in the event of an insured event, as well as a list of documents that must be submitted to the insurance company in order to receive a decision on the payment of compensation

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  1. Immediately contact the Assistance company at the phone number specified in the Insurance Contract.
  2. Inform the Assistance company that you are insured with Euroins Ukraine and provide the following information:
    • Name and surname;
    • Your contract number;
    • description of the event.
  3. If you cannot contact the Assistance company, you can pay for medical services at your own expense.
  4. After returning to Ukraine, contact us for reimbursement of expenses by submitting the documents provided for in your contract.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED?

Documents required for payment of insurance compensation from the Insured:

  • Application for insurance payment.
  • Insurance contract.
  • Passport and ITN.
  • Foreign passport (or children's travel document) with border control marks.
  • Documents confirming the fact and reasons for the insured event.
  • Documents confirming the amount of the damage and the fact of payment for the services provided (medical and other services, medical drugs, etc.).
  • The listed documents can be provided in Russian or English. If the documents are written in other languages, you must provide an official translation into Ukrainian.
